【摘要】 本文对1957～1963年及1979～1987年二个阶段我院内科住院的心脏病2835例进行构成比对比分析。冠心病、心肌疾病、心律失常的构成比在第二阶段中明显升高,而高心病、肺心病及先心病的构成比两个阶段变化不大,风心病、克山病、心包炎及梅心病的构成比则明显下降。本文为心血管疾病的防治工作提供了流行病学方面的基础资料。更多还原

【Abstract】 This article analysed a constituent ratio of 2835 adult inpatients of heart diseases from 1957 to 1963 and from 1979 to 1987 (two phases) .The constituent ratio of coronary heart disease,myocardial diseases (including primary cardiomyopathy and myocarditis)and arrhythmia ascended clearly in the second phase. But constituent ratio of hypertensive heart disease, cor pulmo-nale and congenital cardiovascular disease changed slightly in two phases, constituent ratio of rheumatic valvular heart disease, Keshan disease, pericarditis and cardiovascular syphilis descended clearly in t’he second phase. This article provided epidemiologic basic data for cardiovascular disease prevention, and therapy.更多还原
