【摘要】 <正> 胃嗜酸性肉芽肿(Gastric eos nophilic granuloma)是一种并不少见的疾病,最初由Kaijser于1937年描述,1950年由Polayers正式命名为胃嗜酸性肉芽肿。其主要病变特点是胃病变区增生的肉芽肿样组织内有弥漫性嗜酸性粒细胞浸润。临床上无特征性表现,易与胃恶性肿瘤混淆,常需外科治疗。现将我院所诊治的3例报告如下。更多还原
