广东湛江热带松、南亚松、湿地松和短叶松材性的初步研究

【摘要】 热带松、南亚松、湿地松和短叶松均为热带和亚热带的速生松树,在湛江地区生长良好。四种松树属硬木松类,其中热带松管胞最长(4569μm),胞壁最厚(12.4μm),气干密度最大(0.623g/cm~3),硬度最硬(端面硬度6086N/cm~2);南亚松则强度最大(顺纹抗压3891N/cm~2,抗弯强度8634N/cm~2);湿地松则树脂道数量最高(0.82条/mm~2)。四种松树与国产硬木松类用途相似,更是优良的采脂用树种,应在华南地区加以发展。

【Abstract】 Pinus tropicalis, P. echinata, P. elliottii and P. latteri are fastgrowing pine trees in the tropical and subtropical regions. They are introduced and growing well in Zhanjiang Prefecture, Guangdong Province. A comparison is made among the wood anatomical-mechanical properties of 20-year-old P. tropicalis, P. elliottii, P. latteri and 10-year-old P.echinata grown on the same site. The results of this study show that they all belong to the hard pine group and the properties of the former 20-year-old pines are better than that of the latter 10-year-old one (P.echinata). These four pine species can be used for paper making before 15 years old and the mature trees can be used just like the hard pines native to China. Besides, they can be considered as resin-tapping trees suitable to develop in South China.
