六味地黄丸对人扁桃体细胞的干扰素诱生和协同增强NDV诱生作用实验研究

【摘要】 应用干扰素微量板测定法(以A549细胞-VSV为测定系统),观察了六味地黄丸(LWDHW)对人扁桃体细胞的干扰素诱生和协同增强NDV诱生作用。结果显示:用终末浓度为5.0mg/ml的LWDHW处理人扁桃体细胞可增加细胞培养上清液中的干扰素效价;用5.0和12.5mg/ml两种浓度的LWDHW预先处理扁桃体细胞后再进行NDV常规诱生,干扰素产量显著增加。通过热敏感试验和干扰素中和试验,初步证明干扰素样本的性质主要是人α干扰素。

【Abstract】 The interferon (IFN)induction and synergetic effects of LWDHW on human tonsiliar cells were studied by using IFN microplate assay (A549 cell line-VSV system was choosen for the assay). The result showed that LWDHW(at the concentration of 5.0mg/ml) can increase the IFN titre in supernatant of the human tonsillar cell culture. LWDHW can significantly en hance the production of IFN induced by NDV after the human tonsillar cells pretreated with LWDHW (at the concentration of 5.0 and 12.5mg/ml) The IFN was identified as IFN-α by heat sensitivity test and IFN neutrolization test.
