家兔窒息时夹闭颈总动脉对膈神经放电和动脉血压的影响
EFFECTS OF CAROTID OCCLUSION ON PHRENIC DISCHARGE AND ARTERIAL PRESSURE DURING APNEA IN THE RABBIT
【摘要】 在40只麻醉、麻痹和人工通气的成年家兔上完成本实验。实验结果表明:(1)完整、迷切和切断减压神经的家兔,在窒息兴奋期或抑制期夹闭双侧颈总动脉时所引起的积分波频率和振幅的变化,与单纯窒息同期频率和振幅变化相比,均无显著差异(P<0.05)。夹闭时血压均迅速升高,与夹闭前相比,差异非常显著(P<0.01)。(2)窒息时夹闭颈总动脉引起的加压反应,不受颈迷走神经和减压神经的影响。(3)切断双侧窦神经后,夹闭颈总动脉引起的加压反应可表现为减弱、不变或增强三种反应形式。
【Abstract】 The experiments were performed on 40 anesthetized, paralyzed and artificially ventilated rabbits. The results obtained were as follows: @ 1. When both carotid were occluded at the excitatory or inhibitory period during apnea in the intact or vagotomized or depressor- denervated rabbit. Tile changes of neither the frequency nor the amplitud of the integrated phrenic discharge (FIPD and AIPD) were not Statistically different (P>0.05) from those at the same period during simple apnea. However, the increase in arterial pressure during bilateral carotid occlusion (BCO) was extremely different (P<0.01) from that before BCO. @ 2. The pressor respense induced by BCO during apnea WaS not affected by either the vagi or the depressor nerves. @ 3. After sectioning of bilateral carotid sinus nerves the carotid- occlusion pressor response showed depression or augmentation, or remained unchanged.
