除氧剂应用于粮食(油料)、油品储藏的试验报告

【摘要】 本文对除氧剂用于粮食、油料、油品的储藏进行了生产性试验研究,测定了所试小麦、玉米、大豆、芝麻、绿豆、花生果、花生仁、菜籽油、毛棉油、棉清油、小磨香油、大槽芝麻油的除氧剂用量、降氧速度、杀虫效果,品质分析指标和密封材料对除氧剂应用效果的影响等方面,共记录整理数据达23550个,总结了除氧剂保存粮食和油品,不但降氧速度快,杀虫效果好,而且能保持粮油品质.尤其是控制油品氧化的效果更为突出.从理论和实践上为除氧剂应用于粮油储存提供了参考依据.

【Abstract】 Studies on the application of free oxygen remover(FOR)in the storage of grain, ollseed and edible oil was carried out in wharehouse. The dosage of the FOR used, the oxygen remove speed, the quality analysis index and effect of sealing matierial on the result of the application of FOR for the storage of wheat corn, soybean, sesame,mung bean, peanut with hull, peanut, rapeseed oil, crude cottonseed oil, refined cottonseed oil, traditional hand making sesame oil and the sesame oil explessed mechanically were measured. From the recorded data, it can be concluted that the use of FOR in the storage of grain, oils and oilseed not only remove oxygen from oils quicker and has better effect on the inhibition of insects than traditional, but also can maintain the quality of grain and oilseed stored,particularly in preventing the oxydization of edible oil and oilseed, providing reference basis for the application of FOR in the storage of grain and oils theoritically and practically.
