良、恶性B淋巴细胞膜HLA-DR和Mg++-ATP酶的电镜观察

【摘要】 用HLA-DR单克隆抗体和ABC免疫酶标及Mg++-ATP酶组化技术,在电镜下观察B细胞性恶性淋巴瘤及非肿瘤性淋巴组织标本各4例,成功地观察到良、恶性B淋巴细胞膜上均有电子致密黑色的HLA-DR抗原和ATP酶反应物沉淀。良性B细胞膜上反应物量少,分布均匀,恶性B淋巴细胞膜上反应物量多呈不均匀的串珠状分布,这为研究肿瘤性B淋巴细胞在超微结构水平上提供了二种标记物的形态学依据。

【Abstract】 Monoclonal antibody to HLA-DR antigen with the ABC immunocy-tochemical method and Mg2+-dependent ATPase were applied to loc-alize the HLA-DR antigen and ATP enzyme activity at the electronmicroscopic level.4 cases each of B-cell lymphomas and non-tumorslymphonodes were studied We detected successfully the sharplydelineated electon dense products of antigen and antibody complexand ATP enzyme histochemical activity.We also found the differentdistribution of the 2 markers at the cell membrane and their proce-sses.B-cell lymphocytes showed an uniform line and B-cell malignantlymphoma cells distributed unevenly like a string of beads.Thisprovides the basis for morphology of 2 markers for studying lymph-oma at the electron microscopic level.
