【Abstract】 In this report the superconductivity of the samples with different compositions prepared at various sintering conditious in Y-Ba-Cu-O system of High-Tc super-conductor has been studied.The results show that the semiconduct-semimetal-metal(superconductor) phase transition occurs whith the different treatment conditions in this system.更多还原
