高粱籽粒蛋白质赖氨酸和单宁含量在不同环境中的遗传表现

【摘要】 <正> 高粱籽粒蛋白质、赖氨酸和单宁含量是最重要的三个品质因子。在高粱资源中它们均呈现近似正态分布的连续数量序列,其中蛋白质和赖氨酸含量的变异范围稍次于小麦、水稻、谷子等作物,单宁含量的极差有时可达数百倍。据报道,蛋白质、赖氨酸及单宁含量的表现与地理位置有一定关系,高粱籽粒蛋白质含量受土壤中氮素供应影响较

【Abstract】 Twelve sorghum (Sorghum bicolor (L.) Moench) cultivars wereeplanted in three environments in random block design to study the genetic performances of quality traits in sorghum. The results showed that heritability of tannin content was the highest among 3 quality traits, following protein content and lysine content. Phenotypic selection of tannin possessed the larger dependability. The dependabilities both protein content and lysine content were smaller for phenotypie behaviour. The genotype×environment interaction was significant in 5% level for protein content, and nonsignificant for contents of lysine and tannin. These indicated that protein content was sensitive to environment, but the contents of lysine and tannin were relatively insensitive to environment. The in tefaction of genotype × environment more greatly influenced the estimation of heritability for the contents of protein and lysine, but weakly for tannin content.
