禾谷类作物VA菌根的初步研究

【摘要】 <正> 菌根是真菌与植物的共生联合体,菌根共有三种,即外生菌根、外内生菌根和内生菌根.VA菌根是内生菌根中的一种,属真菌门、接合菌亚门、毛霉目、内囊霉科.侵入根组织后,在皮层内形成菌丝、孢囊和丛枝状吸胞,菌丝的一部分延伸到土壤中,在幼根的表面形成菌丝网.

【Abstract】 AbstractThe innoculative experiment indicates that maize and wheat are infected by the VA mycorrhizae (the vasicular arbuscular mycorrhizae), an endotrophic mycorrhizae, but the root growth is not repressed by this infection. The peak phase of infection coincides with the fast stage of the plants. In this paper, the infecting and developing process of VA mycorrhizae was denoted, based on the investigation of phosphorus content in three kinds of different soil and of the infecting rate of VA mycorrhizae to different crops in Shenyang region, we find the infecting rate of each tested crop is highest in brown loess soil with the lowest P content, while lowest in wet meadow soil with the highest P content.
