微压传感器的设计分析

【摘要】 本文分析了压阻式扩散硅压力传感器的设计原理:对微压传感器的关键问题提出了各向异性腐蚀,掺高浓度硼停止腐蚀;用E型杯代替C型杯的设计,初步研制了量程小于1000mm水柱高,精度小于0.5%的微压传感器。

【Abstract】 The article has analysed the design theory of pressure resistance sensor of diffusive silicon. The main guestion proposed for micro—pressure Sensor are anisotropic Corrosion; Enclusion of high density boron stops Corrosion; Desigh uses E mould Cup instead of C mould Cup.A micro—pressure sensor of measurement range Less than 1000mm water head and accuracy Cess than 0.5 is preliminarily explored.
