螯合树脂富集——石墨炉原子吸收法测定地下水中Pb、Cd

【摘要】 称取2.5克干重树脂(简称NP树脂)装填到φ10×70mm离子交换树脂柱内,用1.5NHNO3再生后,以去离子水水洗至pH为5。取水样3~5升,调pH为5,以3~4ml/min流速进行交换富集。再用1.5N HNO3以2~3ml/min流速洗脱,洗脱液接于50ml容量瓶中,定容混合后用石墨炉原子吸收法测定。方法的捡出限Pb、Cd分别为0.02、0.005μg/l。

【Abstract】 2.5g NP resin(the shortened form for amino-phos-phoric resin)on dry base is laid in an ion -exchange resin column with the diameter of 10×70mm. Regenerato the resin with 1.5N HNOs and use ion-purified water to clean the fluid till pH becomes 5. Take 3 to 5 litre water sample and adjust pH to 5 and accumulation proceedes at a speed of 3-4 ml/min. Then wash it with 1.5N HNOs at the speed exchange of 2-3 ml/min, which is connected to a 50ml flask. After the fix-quantity mixing, measure it by graphite furnace atom-absorbtion method. The ilmit of this method is : Pb 0.02ug/L; Cd 0.005 ug/L.
