疲劳裂纹扩展速率和低周疲劳性能之间的关系
CORRELATION BETWEEN FATIGUE CRACK GROWTH RATES AND LOW CYCLE FATIGUE PROPERTIES
【摘要】 本文基于对疲劳裂纹尖端应力、应变分析,推导出一个估算疲劳裂纹扩展速率的公式 da/dN=A(△K-K/(1-R)2KIC2-△K2) 从而建立起疲劳裂纹扩展速率和低周疲劳性能之间的关系。估算结果和四种材料的实验结果作了对比,吻合程度令人满意。
【Abstract】 A formula for calculating the fatigue crack growth rates is presented based on an analysis of stress/strain near the crack tip. That is: da/dN=A(△K-△K/(1-R)KIC2-△K2) The correlation between fatigue crack growth rates and low cycle fatigue properties is established. The calculating results based on the formula agree with the experimental results of four kinds of materils.
