具有大屈服平台材料的循环塑性力学行为

【摘要】 本文安排了一组实验,观察经过完全退火的Din19Mn6在应变极限控制下的循环塑性力学行为。发现该材料很快就达到循环稳定。无论预前历史如何,达到循环稳定部需要一个过程。类似于弹性模量,该材料存在一极限"塑性模量"。其应力-应变关系存在一拐点,该拐点跟预前历史弱相关;

【Abstract】 This pape: presents some experimental results on annealed Din 19Mn6 at room temperature which has a large yielding platform, by means of axial cyclic strain-controlled tests. It is observed that cyclic steady state is approached only after several cycles, whatever its prior history is. It can’t be approached by one cycle just like elastic module. There existes a limiting"plastic module" which is a constant value. Also, in the stress-strain diagram, there is a turning point on which the prior history has little influence.
