Zn-Al铸造合金电子显微镜分析

【摘要】 用电子显微镜分析了ZA12,ZA27铸造合金的组织,ZA12合金的组织由先结晶γ相和(γ+β)共晶体组成:γ相在共析温度以下分解为(α+β)共析组织,在α相中观察到ε-CuZn5相析出,在β相中观察到Mg2Zn11相析出。ZA27合金的组织由先结晶α和γ相组成。在共析温度以下,γ相分解为(α+β)层片状组织,而α相分解为(α+β)"类织物组织"。在"类织物组织"内观察到ε-CuZn5相。

【Abstract】 The microstructure of ZA12. ZA27 foundry alloy have been studied using transmission electron microscopy. The microstructure of ZA12 alloy was consist of primary γ phase and (γ+β)eutectic. Under the eutectoid temperature, the phase decomposeed to form(α+β) eutectoid. The precipitates of ε-CuZn5 was observed in a phase. The dispersive precipitates of Mg2Zn11 was found in β Phase. The structure of ZA27 alloy was consist of primary a phase and γ phase. Under the eutectoid temperature, the γ phase decomposed to form(α+β) lamellar eutectoid and the a phase decomposed to form ’tweed-like’ structure. In the ’tweedlike’ structure, the precipitates of ε-CuZn5 could be found.
