20钢马氏体组织加热相变温度变化规律的研究

【摘要】 本文用Formastor-Digital膨胀仪研究了不同原始组织和加热速度对20钢相变点(A、Ac3)的影响。结果表明,相变点随原始组织和加热速度而异。退火组织加热时,相变点最高,以某一温度固溶的马氏体再加热时,相变点最低。马氏体组织再加热时,随着加热速度的升高,相变点逐渐降低,达极小值后又升高。

【Abstract】 The effect of different original structures and heating rates on transformation points(AC1、 AC3) of steel 20 was studied by means of Formastor-Digatal Dilatometer. The results showed that transformation points varied with original structures and heating rates. Transformation point is at the highest when annealed structure is heated. But, when some martensitie structure formed at a certain temperature was reheated, the transfomation point was at the lowest. If the martensitic structures were reheated, transformation points gradually decreased to the lowest with the increacement of heating rate. After reached the minimal value, it began to increase.
