【摘要】 本文介绍了一种使用微机IBM计算非晶材料径向分布函数简单快速的程序。本程序使用编译BASIC语言,有较快的计算速度、较高的制表、绘图能力;所有的实验数据,通过微机与衍射仪的联机,直接从实验中得到(也可手工输入);运算中所需的各种参数,如合金元素的原子散射因子、非相干散射因子等,事先存入文件中,运算时计算机根据元素的原子序数而自动提取;本程序使用了高角法、UTIK法;适用于由1～20种合金元素组成的非晶材料,也适用于非晶薄膜、非晶薄带等多种试样。更多还原

【Abstract】 A simple and rapid program of calculating the radial distribution functisn on computer IBM was introduced in this paper. The compiler BASIC language used in this program has the advantages of both FORTRAN language and BASIC language: It shorterns run time, has high ability of listing and painting; all datum are inputcd from a diffractometer directly(it can also be inputcd by manually). The parameters needed in program, example atomic scattering factors, incoherent scattering factors etc., arc kept in file Coil. dat. The parameters can be automatically fetched from this file according to the atomic number of alloy element used. The method of high angle or the method of UTIK can be selected, the program suits to amorphous material of 1—20 kinds alloy elements, and suits also to amorphous thin film, amorphous thin tape, and so on.更多还原
