幂硬化材料解理断裂应力的测定

【摘要】 根据幂硬化四点弯曲缺口试样应力场的有限元计算结果,测定了15MnVN钢焊接热影响区的解理断裂应力。结果表明,在硬化指数和载荷比都较小时,由幂硬化有限元解得到的解理断的应力σfp与由线性硬化有限元解得到的解理断裂应力σfl接近,随硬化指数和载荷比的加大,σfp与σfl的差别逐渐增大到不可忽略的地步。

【Abstract】 Based on the results of a FEM analysis of pure bending notched specimen for power hardening material, the cleavage fracture stress of 15MnVN stcel welded heat affected zone was measured. A comparison was made between σfp, the cleavage fracture stress obtained according to power hardening FEM analysis and σfl, the cleavage fracture stress obtained according to linear hardening FEM analysis. It has been showed that σfp, is close to σfl when both hardening exponent and applied load are small, the difference between σfpandσflbecomes innegligible when the hardening exponent is large and when the applied load approaches general yield load.
