GCr15轴承钢激光表面淬火的研究

【摘要】 用现代测试技术研究GCr15轴承钢激光淬火工艺参数、机械性能和显微组织之间的关系,结果表明,与常规热处理相比,激光淬火能获得超高硬度和较高的耐腐性、疲劳强度及残余压应力。这是由于激光淬火后获得高位错密度板条马氏体,马氏体含碳量增加,碳化物弥散度增加,残留奥氏体量增加所致。通过实验结果分析获得了最佳工艺参数。

【Abstract】 Now Moden technology has been used to study the relationship of parameters, mechanical properties and structures. The result showed that the bearing steel being quenched by laser gained higher hardness, higher wearbility, higher fatigue strength and residual press-stress compared with those by conventional quenching nethod. It was related to the increacement of dislocation, the volume content of C in martensite, and to the precipitated carbides, and the structure with more retained astennite, and the increacement of martensite structure. At last, the optimum parameters are given in the paper.
