微机在ICP摄谱分析法中应用的研究——Ⅱ 分析校准曲线的拟合及分析结果计算

【摘要】 提出了几种与ICP摄谱法分析校准曲线形状相似的数学模式,编制了引用线性化系数K′以使分析较准曲线线性化的程序及单侧高斯拟合和三次幂函数拟合程序、并对各种数学模式的拟合结果进行了比较研究。结果表明,在一定浓度范围内,各种拟合方式与人工绘制标准曲线分析结果相吻合。但任一数学模式和拟合方式都有一定的应用范围和局限性。不同波长范围采用不同的拟合方式,可使拟合效果更佳。
【Abstract】 Some mathematical models for the calibration curves in ICP spectrometry are proposed and the use of microcomputer for the fitting of calibration curve and calculation of analytical results is described, in this paper. A program to linearize the calibration curve by the adoption of linearization constant K’ and programs for fitting by the single side Gaussian method and by the cubic function method are designed. The results obtained by fitting of various mathematical models are studied thoroughly. It is shown that at a definite concentration range the results obtained by various fitting method agreed very well with those obtained otherwise. It is also found that any of the mathematical models and of the fitting methods has its restriction of application. The use of different fitting method for different wavelength range may improve the fitting results.
