不同数学模型在氧化钕氧化钐的X射线荧光光谱分析中的应用
APPLICATION OF DIFFERENT MATHEMATIC MODELS IN THE ANALYSIS OF NEODYMIA AND SAMARIA BY X-RAY FLUORESCENCE SPECTROMETRY
【摘要】 本法采用粉末直接压片制样,X射线荧光光谱法快速、准确地测量了从0.10~99.90%变化的氧化钕、氧化钐含量。精密度优于1.0%。本法着重研究了不同数学模型在该法中的应用效果。
【Abstract】 The powder sample is pressed into a pellet, and 0.10~99.90% of neodymia and Samaria are determined by XRF. The method is accurate and rapid. The precision of the method is better than 1.0%. The results obtained from different mathematic models have been discussed.
