【摘要】 我室曾以HAP—DOM方案治疗急非淋29例CR率75.9％,PR率6.9％.获得高缓解率的关键是化疗的药物与大剂量,早期使用骨髓增生程度降至低下,容易达到CR.化疗需使外周血白细胞降至1.0—1％左右,患者的骨髓增生情况才能较普遍地达到低下的程度.测定MBDI则不仅指导化疗,也有预报疗效的价值。更多还原

【Abstract】 We treated 29 cases of acute nonlymphocytic leukemia with HAP-DOM chemotherapeutic protocol. The complete remission rate reached 75.9% and partial remission rate 6.9%. The critical point was to for obtain a high dosage of the drugs. Early use of effective drugs will achieve complete remission by causing a mild myelohypoplasia with the peripheral WBC count as low as 1.0xl0~9/L or less. Determination of MBDI is valuable in regard to directing further treatment and predicting the prognosis.更多还原
