【Abstract】 3-valence poliomyelitis live vaccine was used in 30 voung children once a month for three times.One month after finishing basic immunity,3 types of serum neutralizing antibody levels were as follows:Type Ⅰ 1:5,32.10, Type Ⅱ 1:90.51 and Type Ⅲ 322.54 and 3 types of positive transformation rate were Type Ⅰ 95.45% and Type both Ⅱ and Ⅲ 100%.The results above show a reliable immune effect.更多还原
