轴承环热冲压模具的应力分析(摘要)

【摘要】 从应力分析的角度来探讨模具的早期损坏原因。分析对象选定早期损坏现象比较严重的7909轴承内环封闭式冲模。通过电阻应变实物测量,光弹模型试验及有限元法的计算等三种分析手段的互相结合,发现冲模在挤压工件时,冲模颈部出现拉应力的应力集中区,它是引起冲模头部脱落的根本原因。针对这种情况,提出了消除颈部径向拉应力的组合模具方案,经生产实践初步验证,组合模具有明显的效果。

【Abstract】 This paper explores the reasons of early stage damage of the press tools from the point of view of stress analysis.The press tools of the internal ring of 7909 bearing which has seriously early stage damage problems are chosen as analysis objects.A concentration of tensile stresses are found around the neck of the press tool when the tool presses sections by means of resistence strain gauge, photoelasti city and finite element methods. This is the main reason that causes the break of the press tools. To counter this problem, a compound press tool which can avoid the tensile stresses is designed. It has been proved by the practice that the compound press tool works well.
