稻纵卷叶螟微粒子虫病的初步研究

【摘要】 <正> 近年我们发现稻纵卷叶螟被一种微粒子虫寄生,经分类学研究己确定此种是Nosema属一新种,Nosema medinalis稻卷螟微粒子虫。为了解这种微粒子虫(简称Nm)病时稻纵卷叶螟种群动态的影响,我们进行了初步研究,现将结果报告如下。

【Abstract】 The examination of samples of Cnaphalocrosis medinalis (Gnenee) collected from various distrits of China showcd that Nosema medinalis distributed throughout the Middle and South China; the incidence was 0—17.9% ? The inoculation test indicated that N.medinalis could significantly des cended the survival rate and fecundity of C? medinalis. The lowest dosage for infection to 2nd—instar larvae was 10—100 spores per larva. The feces of disease larvae reserved for 3 months at 25°C in laboratory could still cause high infection.In large cages, N. medinalis could cause the epidemic disease in population of C. medinalis by both horizontal and vertical transmission. It is estimated that N ? medinalis may play an important role in controlling natural population of C ? medinalis.
