天敌昆虫黑卵蜂人工寄主卵研究 1、松毛虫卵内含物的生化分析

【摘要】 <正> 黑卵蜂(Telenominae)是一种卵寄生蜂,为多种农林害虫重要天敌。国外许多研究表明,黑卵蜂比赤限蜂更有效,不少黑卵蜂是控制某些不为赤眼蜂攻击的寄主类群。在中国,也有不少研究肯定这种天敌的控制作用。但因黑卵蜂寄主专一、中间寄主卵缺乏而无法进行大量应用。因此,有必要研究其人工寄主卵。松毛虫卵是多种黑卵蜂的中间转换寄主,本研究分析其卵内含物,试图为进一步研制人工寄
【Abstract】 The paper dealt with the quantitive of contents of water, ash, sugar, lipids, protein, free aminoacids and protein amino acids in the eggs of Dendrolimus punctatus, The all compositions of the eggs in D.punctatus were higher than those in Antheramia pernyi Guerin—Menevill, which contains an essential nutritional elements for the parasitoid Telenominae. Based on that, it is possible to prepare the content of artificial host eggs for Telenominae.
