【Abstract】 The amoumt of serum lipid is greatly influenced by Cholesterol and triglyceride in the food. The amount of scrum cholesterol and triglyceride increase when the amount of cholesterol in the food exceed normal requisite one.From this we can see that the amount of triglyceride and lipoproten plays an important role in diagnosing many diseases Therefore this paper reaponable arrangement for the diet tells us it is important for us to arrange diet reasonably and it is of great significance to make animal atherosckrosis models.更多还原
