【Abstract】 This paper discusses on micro-measurement of SGPT in“FOODTOXICOLOGY”,1st Ed.published in 1978.There are some problems concerning its method that we hadbeen discoveredin that book,therefore,we developed a morecorrect method to measure SGPTvalue(the revised method of micrmeasurement of SGPT) on thebasis of both animal and clinicaexperiments.The steadily stablresults of our measurement areconsistent with those routinemeasurement with accuracy.更多还原
