【摘要】 本文报告了18例复杂性膀胱阴道瘘的经膀胱修补术,治愈率达77%。本组手术特点是阴道壁层作直褥式外翻缝合,并行22侧输尿管插管及膀胱造瘘,不需借用其它组织,充分引流尿液,从而提高了复杂性尿瘘的治愈率。更多还原

【Abstract】 This paper repoted 18 cases of complicated vesico-vaginal fistula,The rated of cure was 77 percent.The method of operation was through the bladder,using right angle mattress suture on the vaginal wall,inserting bilateral cathers into the uretecs and performing cystostomy to drain u- rine thorughly without supplement of other tissues.更多还原
