【Abstract】 Sixty two cases of malignant Arrhythmia have been reported and their classification, clinical manifestations and treatment are discussed in this paper. In the treatment of bradycardia, artifical cardiac pacing is the best methos. chemotherapy, is essential to patients with tachycardia, Both chemotherapy and artifical cardiac pacing are used in ptients with combined tachycardia and bradycardia.
