快速循环加热淬火对40Si2Mn2钢回火马氏体脆性的影响
Effect of the Multi-cycle Rapid Austenitizing and Quenching on Tempered Martensite Embrittlement of 40Si2Mn2 Steel
【摘要】 本文着重研究了快速循环加热淬火对40Si2Mn2钢回火马氏体脆性(TME)的影响。试验结果表明,快速加热淬火处理并不能消除40Si2Mn2钢中的回火马氏体脆性(TME),但与普通淬火处理相比,它对TME的表现行为有一定的影响。快速加热淬火使TME的断裂方式南沿晶脆断(工业钢)转变为穿晶脆断,使显现TME的冲击试验温度显著降低,并使TME的严重程度有所削弱。
【Abstract】 The rapid austenitizing and quenching(now generally known as rapiid heat treatment) can refine the prior-austenite grain size of steels and improve their mechanical behavior. In this paper, the effect of multi-cycle austenitizing and quenching on tempered martensite embrittltment (TME) of 40Si2Mn2 steel has been studied. The results indicate that TME of 40Si2Mn2 steel can not be eliminated by rapid heat treatment, but in comparison with conventional heat treatment, the rapid heat treatment has some influence on TME behavior. The multi-cycle rapid austenitizing and quenching make the fracture mode of TME change from intergranular brittle fracture (commercial steel) into transgranular brittle fracture. Moreover. the impact test temperature for revealling TME is markedly lowered and the embrittlement is somewhat weakened.
