激光合金化后续处理改性的研究
Study on the Property Modification of Lase Alloying Layer by a Post Treatment
【摘要】 本文叙述了45钢表面激光铬钼合金化形成过程,分析了用均匀矩形激光束和圆形激光束硬化不均匀的原因。通过后续工艺处理,可以改善表面层的组织和性能。本文还讨论了激光合金化的强化机理。
【Abstract】 This paper deals with the process of laser surface alloying with Cr-Mo for 45 steel, the reason to form ununiform case hardened with uniform intensity rectangular bea m (UIRE) and with defocussed cirular beam(DCB) is discussed. It is denoted that the structure and properties of the surface layer may be modified by a post treatment, and the mechanism of the surface alloying strength process is also discussed.
