16Mn钢疲劳门槛值及其短裂纹扩展特性
The Threshold Value of Fatigue Crack and the Propagation of Short Cracks in 16Mn Steel
【摘要】 本文对热轧状态16Mn钢的疲劳特性进行了研究。结果表明,在同一裂纹扩展驱动力(△Κ)下,短裂纹的疲劳裂纹扩展速率比长裂纹要高两个数量级;短裂纹的门槛应力强度因子幅值比长裂纹下降大约50%。
【Abstract】 This paper deals with the fatigue behaviour of 16Mn steel in hot rolled condition. The result was shown that with the same driving force (ΔK), the propagation rate of short cracks was higher up to 2 order of magnitude than that of long cracks. The threshold value of stress intensity factor of short crack is lower down to about 50% than that of Tong crack.
