A3钢板等离子镍铬共渗
Plasma Ni-Cr Surface Metallizing for A3 Steel Sheet
【摘要】 本文主要介绍了应用双层辉光离子渗金属技术,对A3钢板进行Ni-Cr共渗所取得的成果。钢板的Ni-Cr渗层厚度,可从几个μm至300μm以上;渗层镍铬含量可在较大范围内变动,最高达80%以上,其抗腐蚀等性能,达到和优于镍铬不锈钢。目前已能生产出1000×500(mm)A3钢板为基体而表面系镍基合金或不锈钢的特种双金属钢板。
【Abstract】 This paper presented some results of plasma Nickel-chromium surface metallizing for A3 steel sheet by double glow discharge technique. By this process the thickhess of the Ni-Cr diffusion layer could be varied from several μm up to 300 μm, the concentration of Ni and Cr Could be up to 80% and the rust resistance may be better than stainless steel. Now the steel sheot which size of 1000×500mm, can be treated with this process.
