【摘要】 比较了甘蓝型油菜（B.napus L.）的9种遗传背景组合的黄褐两色种子的经济性状。结果表明,黄籽比揭籽种质率下降1.4％,种胚率相应提高1.41％;各部位含油量均显著提高,种皮高出4.52％,种胚高出1.11％,全粒高出1.91％;种子蛋白质含量下降0.85％。但同为种子含“一半油”（种子含油量>50％）的品系,黄籽比普通的褐籽的蛋白质含量提高4.59％。淡化种皮对改善种子经济性状的效果是显著的。更多还原

【Abstract】 Yellow- and brown-seeded rapeseed ( B. napus L. ) were compared in terms of hull percentage, dry matter distribution, oil and protein contents, etc. The hull percentage of yellow seeds was 1.41% higher in average than that of brown ones. Compared with brown seeds, yellow seeds contained oil 4.52% more in hull and 1.11% more in meat (embryo). The whole-seed (hull+meat) oil content in yellow-seeds was 1.91% higher than in the brown, while the protein content in the yellow was 0.85% lower. However, the protein content in yellow seeds was 4.59% higher than in commercial brown seeds when the comparison was based on a high oil content level (above 50% for both the seed types). Therefore, oil and protein contents of rapeseed could be improved by development of new yellow-seeded varieties.更多还原
