【摘要】 Hellerstrm-Hellman(HH)银染法一直被认为是银染法中唯一能够显示生长抑素或生长抑素样免疫反应(SSLI)细胞的较好方法。本试验利用同一切片标本,在光镜水平上,通过免疫细胞化学PAP技术和HH银染法的比较研究,明显地观察到并不是所有的PAP阳性细胞能够被HH银染法着色;另一方面,某些HH银染阳性细胞都呈现为抗生长抑素免疫反应阴性。试验结果表明,HH银染法用来显示SSLI细胞并不是非常可靠的。更多还原

【Abstract】 Hellerstrm-Hellman (HH) method was believed to be the only silver method specifically for staining somatostatin or somatostatinlike immunoreactivc (SSLI) cells. Using antisomatostatin PAP and HH methods on the same sections we demonstrated that not all PAP immunoreactive cells were stained by HH silver method. On the other hand some HH positive cells showed negative immunoreaction to antisomatostatin. The results showed that HH method is not very reliable for demonstration of SSLI cells.更多还原
