【摘要】 用酵母粘连沉淀间接免疫荧光法检测102例 EHF 病人免疫复合物及52例正常人血清。其中早期病人28份,阳性率92.86%(26/28),恢复期血清74份,阳性率74.3%(55/74),(0.05>P>0.01),结果表明本法对 EHF 诊断、疗效及预后判定,具有敏感、特异,可重复性好等优点。更多还原

【Abstract】 A new approach of detecting circulating immunocomp- lexes in EHF by yeast cells adhesion and sedimentation immune fluorescence assay(YCASIFA) is reported.Paired sera from 102 cases of EHF and 52 normal serum samples were detected by YCASIFA.It was found that the average positive rate was 92.86% (26/28)in early phase and 74.32%(55/74)in late phase(0.05> P>0.01),that is 0%(0/52)in normal serum samples.The results of this preliminary study show that YCASIFA is sensitive,specific and reproducible test for the early diagnosis,treatment elect and prognosis of EHF.更多还原
