【摘要】 我们解剖10例胎儿的肩部和43例胎儿的臀部,观察了用于测量胎儿上、下肢长的骨点的特征,进行了各种测量,并与成人上、下股长的常用测量方法比较。我们的结论:①测量胎儿上肢长时,应注意区别肩峰点与锁骨肩峰端的不同,以免上肢长的测量值误差过大。②胎儿下肢长的测量方法,以髂前上棘高作为下肢长的方法,比其他方法为优。更多还原

【Abstract】 The snoulders of 10 cases and Buttocks of 43 cases of Fetuses were dissected and the feature of the bone spot was observed and the length of Fetuses’ upper and lower limbs Were measured.We conclude that(1)when measuring the fetal upper limbs,it should pay attention to differentiate extremitas acrom- ialis of clavicula from the spot of shoulder peak of scapula,so as not to increase the measurmental error value.(2)when mea- suring the length of lower limbs,the height of spina iliaca anterior should be taken as the length of the lower Limb.this measuring is superior to others.更多还原
