【Abstract】 Remarkable economic benefits are obtained in Chinese chestnut storage and processing. In the paper a situational analysis is given of the market demands at home and abroad for chestnut-produced products; and the achievements and the remaining problems in the manufacture of chestnut products summerized. It is indicated that diversified and elaborate high-quality products are revealed to be a developmental trend for chestnut processing industry.更多还原
