在液氮温区(77K)工作的射频超导量子干涉器件
A RF-Biased SQUID Worked in Liquid Nitrogen(77K)
【摘要】 本文叙述在液氮温区工作的射频超导量子干涉器件的设计和工作原理。用YBa2Cu3O6-x材料制作的器件在77K液氮中观察到了磁通输出波形,镇定后测得的灵敏度已达到3.7×10-3Φ0/(Hz)1/2(Φ0=2.07×10-15Wb)。
