【摘要】 本文叙述了中国测试技术研究院研制的绝对辐射计光电不等效因子的实验测定结果,其不确定度为±0.14％。介绍了绝对辐射计与两种黑体的对比结果,其一致性在(-0.10～+0.13)％以内符合。文中还给出了电校准绝对辐射计与自校准硅二极管辐射计的对比,结果在0.15％以内符合。该自校准硅二极管辐射计曾参加国际比对,其结果为相互间符合在±0.10％以内。更多还原

【Abstract】 The results of the optical-electric inequality of the electric-calibrated radiometer built at NIMTT are given, the uncertainty of which is ±0.14%. A comparison by using two types of blackbody is described and the results show that they are consistent within ±0.13%. Another comparison between the radiometer and the self-calibrated silicon photodiodes calibrated at NIMTT is listed, which shows the disagreement between them is 0.15%.更多还原
