【Abstract】 P. pedatisecta and A. amurense are confusedly named as "tian nanxing" In Chinese traditional medicinal herbs. The root tip chromosomes stained by Ferric alum-hematin show significant difference between P.pedatiscecta and A. amurense Maxim. The results show 2n = 26 in P. pedatisecta and 2n = 56 (for the first time reported) in A. amurense. The study provides a theoretical basis for the work of cytotaxonomy, genetics and plant breeding.更多还原
