【Abstract】 This paper deals with the whole process of meiosis of pollen mother cells and the formation of male gametophyte in Clivia miniata Regel。Observations indicated that simultanecus type and successive type existsimultaneously in the cytokinesis。It was found that normal tetradsof tetraploid Clivia miniata Regel are usually produced in the processof meiosis,but there are amitosis in some nuclei of microspores.Thecorrelations between meiosis,Phase and lenth of flower-buds werestudied,and incomplete synchronism of meiosis was observed in theexperiment。更多还原
