【摘要】 本文应用区域规划系统工程理论对吉林省森工系统进行了结构、功能系统分析,采用了一种新方法确定森工系统的生态,经济和社会的综合效益。这种方法不但可以对森工企业,森工系统的经营成果及其发展状况做出全面、客观、公正的评价,而且可以克服当前流行的"专家调查法"等一类方法所带来的主观决断误差。应用现代控制理论,以区域森工系统的长远规划目标即以本文建立的衡量森工系统生态、经济和社会的十四种指标为决策变量,以综合效益指标为控制,通过电子计算机运行仿真,建立了区域森工系统发展动态控制模型。采用吉林省森工系统2000年发展规划数据,绘出其发展的最优轨线及其应采取的发展战略。更多还原

【Abstract】 This article detailelly studies the future development of regional forest industry system through analgsising its historic,current and future situation including the factors from ecology,economy and social backround by using advanced scientific method and technology,such as System Anylasis,Modern Controlling Theory and Statistics.
