电子万能实验机调速系统的改进
The Improvement of Speed-Requlating System of Electronic Universal Testing Machine
【摘要】 本文对长春非金属材料试验机厂现生产的电子万能实验机影响产品质量的可控硅调速系统的低速不稳定,静差度及调速范围等问题,通过测试、理论分析和计算,找出了原因,并结合实际情况进行了改进设计。实验结果证明,这一改进,基本解决了低速稳定性、静差度、调速范围等问题,产品质量有了很大提高。改进线路已经通过评审,工厂正进行改进后的试生产。
【Abstract】 In this paper,in order to solve some problems of SCR speed- requla-ting system of electronic universal testing machine made in Chang Chun Non-metal Material Testing Machine Factery,such as low-speed unstabi-lity, static error degree and speed-regulating range etc, an improved design concerned with practical situation is presented via test,theoret-ical analysis and calculation. The experiment results show that this improvement has led to the solution to the existing problems, and the product quality is also raised a great deal. The improved circuit has passed evaluation, and been put into trial production now.
