【摘要】 <正> 1979年Venkatanaman使用三聚氯氰作为酰胺合成中的缩合剂合成了几例饱和链的酰胺。黄化民等参考Venkatanaman法曾合成若干饱和酰胺和β-内酰胺。三聚氯氰(简称C.C)是工业中间体,它价格便宜,且易得到,反应可以在室温下进行。因此,是合成酰胺键的比较经济的缩合剂。本文把三聚氯氰用在不饱和酰胺的合成上。在三聚氯氰、三乙胺存在下使α、β-不饱和羧酸同胺反应,得到了十二个α、β不饱和酰胺,其中六个未见报导,产率为60～93％。更多还原
