【Abstract】 This paper gives many experimental data on cutting non-metal material and analyses the cutting process of non-metal materials by carbon-dioxide laser,with a discription of derelopment and applications of type JSG-1 carbon-dioxide laser cutting machine,proposing the principle and method of focusing according to dynamic characteristics of Gaussian beam output.It discusses the relations of focusing,cutting speed,compressed gas components and pressure,cutting depth-width ratio,heat,effect region,kerf smoothness with th3 given laser power and material characteristics. ,更多还原
