【摘要】 文中对雪崩光电二极管的温度影响因素作了一般性讨论,给出了几种稳定方式.文中简要介绍了雪崩光电二极管的倍增噪声电流谱密度与等效输入噪声电流谱密度推出的结果.根据结论进行最佳倍增稳定偏置电路设计,给出了参考电路.使用这种自动偏置最佳状态电路,使探测系统性能大为改善.更多还原
