【Abstract】 Using a filtration instrument that has been improved on Hanss’ technique syetem of initial flow rate and Nuclepore membrane (5μ) , the erythrocyte deformability of 32 patients with hypercholesterolemia was measured. Results indicated that the deformability of patients was less than that of normal subjects. This is one of reasons of difficultly passing through small vessels of erythrocytes in patients.更多还原
