正常人一年内胆固醇转移率的改变
A Change in the Rate of Cholesterol Transfer in Healthy People for a Year
【摘要】 <正> 高密度脂蛋白(HDL)将胆固醇酯(CE)转移给极低密度脂蛋白(VLDL)是HDL处理CE的重要途径。胆固醇转移率(Rate of Cholesterol Transfer)是指HDL转运CE给VLDL的速率(mg/小时·100ml血清)。正常人一年内的血脂含量有改变,6—8月(夏天)时的TC(167±11.8)、HDL-ch(61±3.3)、RCT(1.1±0.2)显著地低于3—5月时的TC(207±8.3)、HDL-ch(76±3.7)、RCT(6.1±0.5),P<0.05、P<0.05、P<0.001。经过夏天后的10—12月,TC、HDL-ch与3—5月时无显著差异,但RCT显著降低P<0.001,可能因为经过夏天人们进食清淡,体内贮存的ch不多之故。为了证实此看
【Abstract】 Cholesteryl esters in high density lipoproteins (HDL) is transferred to very low density lipoproteins (VLDL) and low density lipoproteins (LDL), the redistribution of cholesterol from HDL to VLDL and LDL is considered a crucial step in the reverse cholesterol transport pathway. the rate of choles- terol transfer (RCT) mg/hr·100ml from HDL to VLDL and LDL was examinedin healthy people, there were change in the blood lipids in healthy people for a year. From june to august TC (167±11.8 VS 207±8.3) , HDL-ch (61±3.3 VS 76±3.7) RCT (1.1±0.2 VS 6.1±0.5) were significantly lower than those from march to may, p<0.05, p<0.05, p<0.001. from October to december TC. HDL-ch were no significantly lower than those from march to may, but RCT was significantly lower, p<0.001. perhaps after summer there was no rich reserve of cholesterol in healthy people, because during summer poople ate little oil. The serum of 10-12 months were incubated with constant mixing, there were significant difference in RCT between mixing for 2 hrs (3.9 ±1.1) and 4hrs (1.8 ±0.5) , P<0.05.
